Born on December 28, 1937, Ratan N. Tata was the eldest son of Naval Tata and Sonoo Commissariat. Raised by his grandmother Lady Navajbai Tata, he carried forward the Tata Group’s legacy with renewed energy and global ambition. Under his leadership, the group transformed into a multinational powerhouse, acquiring iconic brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Tetley, and Corus, all while maintaining an unwavering focus on ethics and philanthropy.
