Tata Capital IPO
The much-awaited ₹15,511.87 crore IPO of Tata Capital—a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC)—will open for public subscription from October 6 to October 8, 2025.
- Price Band: ₹310 – ₹326 per share
- Lot Size: 46 shares per lot
- Issue Composition: Fresh issue worth ₹6,846 crore and OFS of ₹8,665.87 crore
Under the Offer for Sale (OFS), Tata Sons will sell 23 crore shares, while International Finance Corporation (IFC) will divest 3.58 crore shares.
Funds raised through the fresh issue will be used to strengthen Tier-1 capital and support future lending and expansion plans.
Tata Capital operates as a diversified NBFC offering financial services to retail, corporate, and institutional clients across India.
LG Electronics India IPO
LG Electronics India Ltd plans to launch its ₹11,607.01 crore IPO, open for subscription between October 7 and October 9, 2025.
- Price Band: ₹1,080 – ₹1,140 per share
- Lot Size: 13 shares
- Issue Type: 100% Offer for Sale (OFS)
The IPO comprises an offer of over 10.18 crore shares by LG Electronics Inc., its South Korea-based parent company. There is no fresh issue component.
LG Electronics India is a leading name in consumer electronics and home appliances, catering to both B2B and B2C segments across domestic and international markets.
Rubicon Research IPO
Rubicon Research, a pharmaceutical formulations company with a focus on innovation and R&D, will open its IPO for bidding on October 9, 2025, and close on October 13, 2025.

- Fresh Issue: ₹500 crore
- OFS: ₹877.5 crore by General Atlantic Singapore RR Pte Ltd

Anantam Highways Trust IPO
Infrastructure-focused Anantam Highways Trust, sponsored by Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP, will launch its IPO to raise ₹400 crore.
- Issue Dates: October 7 – October 9, 2025
- Price Band: ₹98 – ₹100 per unit
Funds will be utilized for lending to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and for general business requirements.
The trust’s initial portfolio will include seven project SPVs, covering a total of 271.65 km of road assets spread across five states and one union territory.
Mittal Sections IPO
The ₹52.91 crore SME IPO of Mittal Sections on the BSE SME platform will open from October 7 to October 10, 2025.
- Price Band: ₹136 – ₹143 per share
- Lot Size: 2,000 shares per lot
- Issue Type: Entirely fresh issue of 37 lakh shares
The company plans to use the proceeds for land acquisition, factory construction, machinery purchase, working capital, and debt repayment.
Mittal Sections manufactures a variety of iron and steel products, including mild steel sections, round bars, angles, channels, and flat bars.
